Digital Products

All our guides are digital products (PDF files) delivered instantly after purchase. Due to their digital nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you have any issues with your guide, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days. We will review your request and issue a full refund if the guide has not been fully downloaded or if there is a technical issue.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after download
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
